- Agree a loading spot beforehand: we need to be able to load and unload close by. Any parking costs are for the hirer.
- Trade show stand? Ask the organiser whether power is provided and whether you may set up a photo corner on your stand.
- The Mirrorbooth can't go up or down stairs. Check whether your venue is on the ground floor or has a spacious lift.
