Foto-booth.be is a trading name of Msol BV, Zeypestraat 81, 1910 Kampenhout. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website. Please send any questions about your data to info@foto-booth.be.
What data we process
- Quote request: your name, email address, mobile number, any company name and VAT number, and the details of your event (date, location, chosen package and options, comments).
- Contact form: your name, email address, your phone number if provided, and your message.
- Origin of your request: the page through which you arrived and any campaign codes in the link, so we know which channels work.
- Photos during your event: the photos taken in the booth. We share them with you via a personal link and never use them for promotion without your consent.
Why we use this data
We use your data to draw up your quote, carry out your booking, invoice you and answer your questions. The legal basis is the performance of a (future) contract or our legitimate interest in answering your question. We keep accounting data because the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete requests and contact messages from this website after two years. We keep booking data for as long as accounting legislation requires. We keep photos for as long as necessary to deliver them to you, or permanently if you choose this with the permanent storage option.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do work with service providers for hosting, email and photo storage, who process your data only on our instructions.
Cookies and external services
This website uses only the cookies it needs to function, such as form security. We do not set analytics cookies. To see which pages help, we may keep anonymous visitor statistics, without cookies and without data that can be traced back to you. The Chatra chat is only loaded when you click the chat button yourself.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to transfer your data. To do so, email us at info@foto-booth.be. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
